GinatPlus is governed by its Board of Directors whose main function is to make certain the management mottos (Steadfastness, Trust and Care, Innovation, and Lasting excellence) are carried out. These supreme governance principles are designed to make sure that all information is transparent, employees’ rights are protected, and shareholders trust is honored.

Board of Directors

There are nine Directors on the Board. They are from hi-tech sectors, with financial expertise, of legal backgrounds, management arenas or business backgrounds. The main task is to provide supervision to management teams to make certain all laws and regulations are followed, duties to the Taiwan Exchange Commission are carried out, and vote on any change in company by-laws.

Internal Audit

GiantPlus’ internal audit function falls within the jurisdiction of the Board. This function is conducted to make sure the company by-laws and regulations are followed in earnest and to make recommendations if needed.
